What is Spark for Women?
“Spark for Women” is an extended and specific version of the current, successful project SPARK (Youth Movement in Informatics) project that has started in 2006 with the coordination of Cisco Networking Academy, United Nations Development Program, and Habitat Center for Development and Governance under a unique social responsibility act.






Between November 21st and December 30th, 2011, one of the Master Instructors of SPARK project, Baran Guntan and other Instructors, Erden Kantarci and Mert Dortkardesler had provided IT Essentials Training the Trainers education to 11 women participants within the Spark for Women Project framework.
During November 26th and January 1st 2012, one of the Master Instructors of SPARK project, Oguzhan Kayar, had instructed a total of 12 participatory women who are currently studying Computer Engineering at Yildiz Teknik University.
